"YOU MUST CALL ABOUT ALL ORDERS"

1-540-894-4708

All orders are conducted over phone at this time.

Please call for specific details on any detail about acetate cutting and pressing.

All CD's should be sent in 6”x9” bubble mailers.(available at the post office or any office supply store)

Sending a record through the mail is very simple. A record should be sandwiched between two pieces of cardboard 2” or bigger, than the vinyl sleeve itself. The Post Office will direct you on how to properly enclose and seal the record to be mailed. Remember, vinyl is chosen for its durability. I have NEVER had a record sent to the shop that was unplayable or destroyed.

! This is the most important !

I prefer CD’s containing raw WAV or MP3. It don’t matter what medium I am given, it just makes it quicker for the dub/master to be cut. I despise transferring 1/4" to 2" reel-to-reel magnetic audio tape and will not take it.

Payments should only be made by check or money order (they are the only forms of payment that I will accept at this time)

If cash is sent to the studio, I will not accept it and will not be responsible for it. DO NOT SEND CASH!

You are responsible for paying the insurance fees via USPS. $10

! Important !

If a client were to send me a CD of material that they wish to have cut, then I would strongly suggest that the content of the CD does not distort or clip its decibel parameters. Every song that I cut must be thoroughly analyzed using an extremely powerful wave editing program called Cool Edit Pro (Adobe Audition). This analysis will provide me information that ensures the song is of safe quality to be cut. Upon detection of ANY distortion or decibel level that is unacceptable for the cutting system, will result in me having to stop the process and begin to properly equalize the product. Once one hour of studio time has been held up in this process of fixing the product, a $100 an hour fee will be added to the balance noted on the original estimate. NOW!, that is exactly what I wish to avoid with my clients!

My goal is to ensure the timely return of the records via postal service to their owners. In other words, I want the client to be happy! So it is best ,when we make original arrangements for the record, that the client be VERY HONEST with me about the original mix down of the CD that will be mailed to the studio. I will also warn potential clients that if I am told that there is no need to be concerned of the CD's mix down and there is, that automatically slows the whole process down. If there is a problem on the CD,Cool Edit WILL find it! So make sure to remember that it is very crucial to have the product finalized and properly mixed down.
